PURSUE is the discipleship path that trains new believers to walk with Jesus, engage the lost, start new groups, and become an Acts 2 community. Use PURSUE to follow up and establish believers in the foundations of faith.

Sent 6:7 DEVELOP – peer-coaching among leaders
DEVELOP has 4 goals:

- Developing personal character (The Heart of a Leader): We cannot lead beyond our own personal character and integrity. This section helps leaders follow Christ more closely, becoming more like Jesus Christ in their personal character.
- Developing knowledge for leading church-planting/ multiplication ministry: A leader is always growing in his or her understanding of how God blesses his church.
- Developing in planning and accountability (preparing for mission and sending laborers): A leader sets goals and works to achieve them within a team environment of accountability. A leader sets courageous goals and holds him/herself accountable to God among their peers.
